At Two Sisters Coffee, every bag is roasted and packed with care. Because our coffee is a perishable food product, all sales are final and we do not accept returns based on flavor preference or personal taste.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and brief description. We will replace the item or provide a refund when appropriate.

If a package is marked delivered but not received, please contact the carrier first. If unresolved, reach out and we’ll assist with next steps.
